Our company Outlook exchange server is automatically adding a "Skype for Business" folder in the Contacts list which then syncs  with my iPhone.  I do not want my Lync/Skype contacts synced to the Contacts on my iPhone.  How do I disable this - i.e. either deleting the "Skype for Business" Contacts folder contents (which are read-only so I'm not able to remove these records) or preferably, how do I disable the sync of this folder/these contact records with my iPhone?

I have turned off the access "Contacts" option for the Lync app on my iPhone - this didn't do it.

For server side, we need a client policy (with EnableExchangeContactSync parameter) to prevent Skype for Business creates a corresponding personal contact in Outlook for each person on a users Skype for Business Contacts list. Note: we might need delete exist folder in OWA after this policy applied.

Otherwise, you can manual delete "Skype for Business Contacts" folder in OWA, or uncheck "Skype for Business Contacts" list in iPhone.
